- Four RSM Member Firms are the latest to receive certification as Great Places to Work following extensive survey.
- Team members across Argentina, Cayman Islands, Mozambique and Vietnam praise their Firms’ commitment to inclusivity, fairness and ethical leadership.
- Certification comes as RSM increases global headcount to more than 65,000 people.
RSM, the leading provider of assurance, tax and consulting services to middle-market businesses, announces four of its Member Firms have been awarded Great Place to Work certification in 2025.
Following a survey of more than 600 members of their teams, recognition has been awarded to RSM AR S.R.L., RSM Cayman Ltd.,RSM Moçambique, Lda. and RSM Vietnam Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd
Each of the four RSM Member Firms demonstrated their commitment to creating an inclusive, ethical, and community-driven working environments. They join six other RSM Member Firms in gaining Great Place to Work certification.
The survey results demonstrated, that 83% of team members across the four Firms reported management actively promoting inclusive behaviour and avoiding discrimination. This commitment fosters an environment where all employees are treated with respect and fairness, aligning with RSM’s purpose of driving an inclusive culture and talent experience.
Underlining this success, 83% of team members from the newly certified firms felt a strong sense of "family" or "team," which positively impacted collaboration, mutual support, and a positive work environment. The survey also reported 89% of team members across the four Firms highlighted their leadership teams’ honest, ethical, and transparent approach to business practices.

The achievements of the latest four RSM Member Firms comes as RSM Austria celebrates a third successive year of Great Place to Work certification. Since 2022, the firm has experienced a 30% increase in its headcount.
