With a Bachelor of Commerce, an MBA, and a certification in Digital Transformation Strategies,  Fabianne holds key positions as Chairperson of JAYE, a Board Member of the Malta Business Network, and Chairperson of the HR Thematic Committee at the Malta Chamber of Commerce.

Fabianne’s approach blends pragmatism with a strong values orientation, a perfect match for RSM’s philosophy. Drawing on her broad industry experience, she turns strategies into practical execution. She pursues a growth mindset and is always learning something new to her. As a leader, Fabianne emphasises coaching and giving her team autonomy. Outside of work, she enjoys running, diving, swimming, snorkelling, travelling, and creative writing.
