Employee Registration

Upon employment, each employee needs to be registered with Jobsplus as well as with the CFR.

When an entity employs new staff, the employer must fill in a Declaration of Commencement of Employment for every new hire. The required form may be submitted online through the account created previously).  Upon termination of an employee, the employer is required to notify the Corporation. This is done through the online submission of the termination form.

Commissioner for Revenue (CFR)

All employees, upon employment, are required to complete an FS4 form for each source of local emolument income. The signed form needs to be lodged with the IRD whenever there is a change in employment and whenever any material details of a current FS4 change.
