Payments to employees can be done through either of the following methods upon agreement with the client:

  1. The provision of the net pay listing to client. The client will process the payments through its own method.
  2. A bank file is provided by RSM for eventual upload by the client to the bank for processing.
  3. RSM can offer the service of uploading the bank file on the company’s behalf provided the final approval and authorization is done by the client.
  4. Through money movement, whereby the client will deposit the funds into RSM’s client’s account and RSM will distribute the funds on client’s behalf.
