Per-Henning is Audit Partner and leader of RSM's audit service line. 

He has both Bachelor's and higher audit degrees and holds the State Authorized Public Accountant authorization. 

Per-Henning works mainly with financial external audit and consultancy for audit clients. He has broad experience within audit, NGAAP and IFRS, tax and VAT in all segments, with main focus on owner driven investment companies and investments in real estate. 

Per-Henning has long experience as RSM's Chairman of the board and as the CEO.
