Manager

Ingrid is a Manager in ESG Advisory and the Sustainability Officer at RSM Norway.

She holds a degree in economics from NHH and has a background in financial auditing and consulting. Ingrid combines her expertise in financial auditing with strong competencies in sustainability, climate, and ESG. She has been instrumental in developing frameworks and methodologies for ESG assurance both within RSM Norway and RSM’s international network. With additional sustainability education from BI and a range of certifications and courses, she assists a broad portfolio of companies in navigating new regulations and reporting requirements.

Ingrid has been a key driver in RSM Norway’s ongoing ESG initiatives and the establishment of ESG as a new service area within the firm. She manages RSM’s internal preparations for reporting under the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) while focusing on helping our clients establish robust processes for reporting and assurance in compliance with the directive.

Ingrid can assist with the internal organization of sustainability efforts, double materiality assessments, capacity building, and advising on regulatory requirements and market expectations.
