Lars is an International Contact Partner in RSM, and has also served as the Managing Director of the firm. He has more than 25 years of experience within audit & advisory. 

His experience covers all phases of a company’s lifecycle. This ranges from start-up, acquisition, merger, demerger, development, sale and liquidation. In addition, he has worked as the Accounting Director for the Norwegian State Railways (NSB).

He currently serves clients within audit, tax, transactions and consulting. Lars has also written articles about tax and conducting business in Norway, among other topics. He is also an experienced board member and has been a Lay judge at the Oslo District Court.
