Per-Øystein is a Partner and State-Authorized Public Accountant at RSM Norway. He is also Head of Audit. 

He has broad experience in financial auditing, consultancy, and transaction-related services such as financial due diligence, valuations, PPA, and expert reports for clients within a range of different industries. His past and present clients include small and medium-sized owner-operated companies as well as listed companies and everything in between.

Per-Øystein is also a member of the industry groups Shipping and Banking, Financial & Insurance Services.
