Andreea Nițoi

Senior Manager, Brand & Innovation

Andreea Nițoi is a brand & innovation consultant, facilitator, and workshop designer; she is currently leading the Brand & Innovation department of RSM Romania; internally, she is responsible for designing the innovation strategy, overseeing internal transformation processes, and building innovative capabilities — within the company and for RSM clients. She is also part of the RSM Forward Sprint team, one of RSM's annual training programs that focuses on building creative thinking & innovation skills for the newest generations of talent in the European region. 

Andreea is a consultant, facilitator, and workshop designer with ten years of demonstrated experience in organizational creativity and innovation. Throughout her professional career, she has focused on and improved her expertise in the people side of innovation — helping individuals, teams, and organizations discover, train, and apply their creative superpowers.

Andreea holds a B.A. in social sciences and a B.A. in Communication and Advertising. Before joining RSM, Andreea managed a small branding boutique agency that provided strategy consulting, brand design, and group facilitation services to a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from entrepreneurial initiatives and large NGOs to multinational corporations.
