Senior Manager, Payroll & HR

Raluca is currently a Senior Manager in the Payroll and HR department of RSM Romania. She is an experienced consultant focusing on the taxation of individuals and employees, while also shaping the internal RSM HR practice through strategy and transformation processes. 

Raluca has been a part of the RSM team for almost a decade. She has extensive experience in providing payroll and HR administration services, and she can manage a wide range of payroll and HR processes. She provides valuable consultancy and advisory services to RSM clients, in accordance with local legislation and on sensitive matters. 

Throughout her career, Raluca has been engaged in rigorous professional development, attaining a B.A. in Business and Commerce and a Master’s in Human Resources Management.
