Meet Alexander – An energetic team player with great enthusiasm.
Today, we introduce you to Alexander Bolin, who has been with RSM for two years. In addition to his role as an auditor at the Stockholm office, he is actively involved in both student activities and internal events.
Why did you choose to work for RSM?
Several factors lead me to apply for RSM. What primarily attracted me was the opportunity to make a difference and to be heard. RSM focuses on medium-sized companies, which means I have more responsibility and the chance of independently handle entire or significant parts of audits. Additionally, I had a positive impression of the company’s culture; it felt like a place with openness and strong camaraderie among colleagues. .

Where did you complete your education and what did you study?
I completed my degree in Business Administration from the University of Örebro
How do you view your development opportunities at RSM?
At RSM, we have an effective coaching system that supports employees in articulating and realizing their ideas and thoughts about their own development. Their standardize training plan provides the necessary knowledge and qualifications to pass the authorization exam, which is an invaluable resource. Additionally, the coaching system offers opportunities to get involved in various internal projects, choose interesting clients, and explore different industries.
What would you say to someone that is considering a career at RSM?
The auditing profession is a excellent start to a career in the finance industry, even though it may not be widely known among students. If you are looking for an employer who values you and offers opportunities for growth, as well as a positive work environment with engaged colleagues, then RSM is definitely the right choice for you.

Last question! How are you outside of work?
Outside of work, I especially love spending time with my loved ones. We engage in various activities together, such as playing board games, golfing, and going on trips. In addition, I am dedicated to working out at the gym and dance every week, which brings me immense joy and energy. When I’m at home, I enjoy watching TV shows, playing the piano, cooking, or playing chess. My friends would probably describe me as a person filled with joy, openness and a good dose of humor. I am always enthusiastic about coming up with new ideas and believe in living life to the fullest.
