Meet Johnny who celebrates 10 years at RSM.
Today, we introduce you to Johnny Svenander who celebrates 10 years at RSM. He shares some of his favorite experiences and discusses what it’s like to work in a global organization.
10 years at RSM, how does it feel?
It’s truly amazing looking back at these 10 years and reflect on the impressive development. When I started, we were just around 10 people, and being part of this growth journey has been incredibly rewarding.
Why did you choose to work at RSM?
My motivation to join RSM was the desire to have a greater impact on decisions and to drive the direction of the firm where I work. It was an ambition that I couldn’t fully realize in my previous position, and it was this potential that attracted me here.

What is it like to work in a global organization?
Being part of a global organization has been an invaluable experience. The shared work culture provides a strong sense of security and strength. Collaborating with colleagues across the world who share our values and working methods not only creates a sense of belonging but also fosters an internal quality that allows us to confidently recommend each other to our clients.
How do you manage the balance between work and personal life?
Maintaining a balance between work and personal life is something I highly value. I’ve developed the ability to relax during my time off and avoid bringing work stress home. Through well-planned workdays, I manage when to invest extra time in work and then to enjoy my time off and personal life.
What has been your favorite experience at RSM?
It’s hard to choose just one favorite experience, but being listed as one of Sweden’s Best Workplaces was definitely a highlight. Another memorable moment was when our first auditor, whom we recruited straight from school, passed the auditing exam. It was a confirmation that our efforts and commitment yield tangible results.
