Daniel Rochat

Founding partner of RSM in Geneva, Daniel Rochat has a strong expertise in the area of auditing and consulting. Daniel started his career in the Audit Business Advisory Services department of PwC in Geneva. He then joined the newly created Corporate Finance division of PwC. Daniel strongly contributed to the expansion of this M&A practice in Switzerland, whilst leading numerous transactions in various industries and heading the PwC Valuation Practice in Romandie. 

An HEC Lausanne graduate, a, Swiss-Certified Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Daniel delivers business valuation courses for the Swiss Academy of Certified Accountants. He often participates in seminars for professionals of the branch and has published numerous articles on the implementation of IFRS in the context of business transactions.
