Jean-Yves has a background in Corporate Finance, M&A, Private Equity and Transfer Pricing. He acquired expertise in companies such as KPMG, UBS and Lombard Odier.  His role at RSM is to help SMEs & MNEs’ entrepreneurs to make sound strategic and financial decisions, and help them structure, grow or value their business adequately. 

Jean-Yves obtained a Master from the University of Lausanne and then continued with the curriculum of the CFA, an MBA in entrepreneurship and studied Transfer Pricing within the Tax LLM from the Universities of Geneva and Vienna. Jean-Yves is also a fighter pilot in the Swiss Air Force. He speaks French, German and English.
