About Jean-Yves
Jean-Yves has a background in Corporate Finance, M&A, Private Equity, and Transfer Pricing.
He has gained expertise in companies such as KPMG, UBS, and Lombard Odier. His role at RSM is to assist entrepreneurs of SMEs and multinational companies in making the right strategic and financial decisions, helping them structure, develop, or properly value their businesses.
Jean-Yves earned a Master's degree from the University of Lausanne, then pursued the CFA program, an MBA in entrepreneurship, and studied transfer pricing as part of the Tax LLM program at the Universities of Geneva and Vienna. He was also a fighter pilot in the Swiss Air Force. He speaks French, German, and English.
