About Natalja

Natalja is an Audit Director and Diversity & Inclusion Lead at RSM Switzerland.

She is a UK certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a Swiss Licensed Audit Expert. Natalja is also certified to perform Equal Pay audits in Switzerland. She holds a master’s degree in finance management.

With over 15 years of experience in external audit and financial reporting, Natalja has worked at EY in Estonia and Luxembourg before joining RSM Switzerland in 2020. She also gained extensive experience in Private Equity and Venture Capital during her time at the European Investment Fund.

At RSM, she specializes in managing audits of local and multinational clients across diverse sectors including industry, services, trading, foundations, and tech companies.

As a D&I Lead, Natalja spearheads initiatives to foster an inclusive environment, both within the firm and externally. She is a frequent guest speaker at various Diversity & Inclusion panels and events.
