Giuseppe has been a Senior Partner at RSM in Italy since 2011 and since 2015 has been a part of the Board of Directors with the role of Managing Director and the responsibility of coordinating all the activities concerning the administration of RSM Società di Revisione e Organizzazione Contabile S.p.A. and RSM Italy Corporate Finance S.r.l.

Giuseppe is a chartered auditor and is registered with the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants. He is the chairman of the Board of Auditors and an acting auditor for multiple companies in the insurance, financial, automotive and manufacturing sectors.

• Responsible for account auditing of different Italian industrial companies and groups working within the automotive, guarantee consortia, manufacturing and third-party services sectors. He also follows public corporations in several activity sectors
