UNI/PDR 125:2022

RSM Società di Revisione e Organizzazione Contabile S.p.A, announces that it has obtained through RINA, the UNI/PDR 125:2022 certification on the Management System for Gender Equality. The UNI/PDR 125:2022 is part of a broader context represented by the following pillars: (I) compliance with the constitutional principles of equality and parity, (II) adoption of policies and measures to promote women's employment, (III) adoption of measures to promote effective equality between men and women in the world of work, (IV) promotion of welfare policies to support the "silent work" of those who devote themselves to family care (co. 1 art. 3 of the Constitution - formal equality), (V) adoption of specific measures in favor of equal opportunities (co. 2 art. 3 of the Constitution - substantial equality), (VI) integration of the principle of gender equity into national legislation.

The auditing activities of RSM Società di Revisione e Organizzazione Contabile S.p.A. are subject to quality controls by CONSOB every six years. As part of its checks, CONSOB assesses the Company's internal quality control system, also with regard to the independence and training of auditors.

RSM Società di Revisione e Organizzazione Contabile S.p.A. is a member of PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board) register, the American Vigilance Authority on auditors. Such participation allows the provision of auditing services for public companies in the American market as well as subsidiaries.
