Giovanni joined RSM Italy Corporate Finance S.r.l., part of RSM S.p.A. since September 2024 as Partner for all Internal Audit, Compliance, Digital, Risk & Transformation services for the Italian and international markets.

Previously, John worked for about 6 years as Chief Audit & Risk Management Executive and Supervisory Board 231 for the Octotelematics Group.

Giovanni began his career at Arthur Andersen as an auditor in 2001, before joining EY where, until 2018, he managed numerous Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance projects (d.Lgs.231/01, Sarbanes Oxley Act, J-SOX, L.262/05, l.190 /2012, data privacy and ISO 37001 "anti-corruption", CoSO Framework) and assistance in IPOs, in Italy and abroad, for national and international groups listed in Italy, America and Japan, also taking on the role of MED-level manager of quality, risk management & compliance procedures.

Giovanni's experience spans several sectors, including the public sector. He is fluent in English and has participated in numerous international audit projects in the UK, France, Spain, Belgium, the USA, Australia, Germany and the United Arab Emirates.
