For those unfamiliar, the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) were established in 2010 by the United Nations Global Compact and UN Women (formerly UNIFEM). These principles serve as a blueprint for driving active participation and advancement of women. They are pivotal in not only achieving gender equality, an indispensable aspect of sustainable economic growth, but also in elevating the economic and social value of businesses.

Our commitment aligns with the seven core principles of WEPs:
