After graduating, Mr. Tamba had worked for a business firm and a labor and social insurance firm before joining RSM Shiodome Partners Group in 2017. In the Labor & Human Resources Department, he provides labor services to listed companies, listed subsidiaries, and companies preparing for IPO. He also engages in short review for IPO prep companies, and analyzes labor risks through due diligence for companies looking to merge.
