Kengo Maekawa

Founder & CEO

Kengo Maekawa began his career in the audit department of ShinNihon Audit Corporation (now EY ShinNihon LLC), where he conducted statutory audits for listed companies in various industries. He later transitioned to the firm’s Public Offering Services Division, specializing in IPO support, M&A support, and due diligence. In 2008, he founded the Shiodome Partners Group and assumed the roles of representative director and president. In 2009, he became Group CEO, overseeing a team of professionals including certified public accountants, certified public tax accountants, lawyers, and social insurance labor consultants. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Japan/US), Certified Public Tax Accountant, Administrative Scrivener, and holds an EMBA.
