Mitsuaki Kanamori

Director and COO (Chief Operating Officer)

Mitsuaki Kanamori joined the Shiodome Partners Group in 2011, bringing experience from the corporate sector. He has worked extensively with small and medium-sized enterprises in the Accounting and Tax Services Division and played a key role in the expansion of the Okinawa branch. In 2017, he was appointed Okinawa Branch Manager, and in 2018, he became an executive officer leading quality control initiatives. He has been instrumental in driving cross-organizational reforms in operational efficiency, quality control, and risk management. In 2020, he was appointed to the board of directors and assumed leadership of the Accounting and Tax Services Division in 2023. In 2024, he assumed the position of Director and COO.
