Jaglika Jordanova Andrijeska is the CEO and Managing partner of RSM Macedonia. She is a Certified Auditor and has an ACCA Certificate and Master's degree in Economics - Financial management. She has over 13 years of extensive experience in Audit, Accounting, Tax consulting for clients of various sizes and industries, International tax advisory to larger international clients, Accounts preparation and financial reporting, Payroll preparation and processing, etc. In her experience. Jaglika has managed numerous Audit and Assurance projects in Macedonia for a diverse set of clients in different industries such as banking, retail, wholesale manufacturing, and the education sector. She has worked with clients from the government sector, public and private companies, and non-government organizations. She has experience in managing audit and accounting teams, delivering complex projects, and ensuring proactivity and forward-thinking inside the company.
