Jan Coppens

Director

Jan started his career at a Big 4 firm in Rotterdam and then built up a tax practice in Breda on behalf of this organization. After 18 years of employment, Jan has made the switch to RSM as of January 7, 2019, where he is responsible for the tax department in Rotterdam and is mainly involved in advising nationally and internationally operating (family) businesses.

Jan's approach can be characterized as critical with a good balance between pragmatic, solution-oriented and professional.  Jan likes to stand next to the entrepreneur to properly implement the solutions that RSM broadly can offer.

During his career Jan has gained knowledge in various industries and has a preference for transport, manufacturing and the maritime sector.
