Juan has over 19 years of tax and consulting experience and a long track record of serving international companies. Juan is head of the Technology Consulting Team of RSM Netherlands and currently based in Hoofddorp. He has strong transfer pricing and tax technology knowledge and as such serves many corporate clients either based in Europe or in the US with global operations.

Juan is an active member of the Tax Technology Team for RSM, that develops and implements automation, predictive and assessments solutions for multinationals. He has a broad industry focus with target areas in Life Science, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Logistics and Technology. Juan is a tax attorney and graduated from the University of Leiden, LLM. Juan is a member of the International Fiscal Association. Juan is a regular speaker on international conferences and a member of the RSM International Centre of Excellence (COE) of Taxation for Europe.

Juan is an active member of RSM International Innovation team. As such, Juan is involved for larger transformation projects at internationally active companies that are aiming to transform their global tax departments.
