Leo van Wersch

Co-Managing Partner

Leo van Wersch is one of the two Managing Partners at RSM in the Netherlands. He has been based in Heerlen as an audit partner since 2005. Leo focuses on providing services to a broad range of (international) clients in both the profit and not-for-profit sector, with his focus being medium-sized and large Dutch organizations with activities or aspirations abroad. Leo is registered as an external accountant in the AFM register.

Leo is active within accountancy in many fields; including auditing financial statements, advising clients in the field of business operations, administrative organization and internal control. The focus here is on companies with a growth strategy.

In addition to these activities, Leo, as Head of Audit, is ultimately responsible for the audit practice of RSM, and as director of RSM he is responsible for the portfolios of professional engineering and finance.

Leo has also gained extensive managerial experience as treasurer of the WMC Foundation, vice-chairman of the Supervisory Board of INNOVO and member of the Supervisory Board and chairman of the Audit Committee MIK Holding BV.
