As partner at RSM  Wim is responsible for the RSM entity Interim Services & Special Search. His core business is supplying temporary professionals who achieve sustainable results for the clients. It concerns the deployment of independent interim professionals at management level. Special Search, on the other hand, handles the implementation of permanent jobs. The distinctive way of working: not delivering what is asked, but offering what is needed.

Wim has been working at RSM for more than 8 years now and works at various RSM offices. He is also available for specific assignments as a consultant in the broad field of Change Management. Wim has also been the CEO (Chief Emotion Officer) for the RSM organization for the past two years. This with the aim of strengthening and further developing the necessary Corporate Identity and External Branding.
