Freek joined RSM in 2024 as Director of Dutch M&A Services within the Financial Due Diligence practice. Freek focuses on mid-market transactions for Private Equity houses, strategic buyers and sellers. Freek holds 3 Master's degrees in Business Administration (cum laude), an Executive Master in Finance and Control, and an Executive Master in M&A and Valuation (cum laude).

Freek has over 20 years of experience in finance roles. He has worked as a transaction services advisor (director) at Deloitte, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. He focussed on large and complex (international) transactions, dealing mainly with acquisition and vendor due diligence, financial modeling advice and related services. Freek has also worked in various business finance positions as CFO for Dutch portfolio companies of private equity firms.

Freek is active in structuring companies for growth and the acquisition and integration of companies.
