After studying tax law, Paul-Johan worked for over 14 years in the national and international tax advisory practice of one of the Big 4 firms. Since 2024, he has been a tax advisor at RSM, working from the Utrecht office. He is also a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers.

Paul-Johan is a proactive and solution-oriented all-round tax lawyer with extensive experience in advising internationally operating (family) businesses and groups, as well as their shareholders. During his career he has also developed into a real estate specialist in which role he assists and advises national and international real estate parties - including investors, construction companies, developers and funds - on a daily basis on all kinds of tax issues. Paul-Johan leads RSM's real estate group in the Netherlands and is part of RSM's international real estate team.
