Rafi Mardroos

Rafi has worked in the international tax practice since 2016 and for RSM since 2018 and before that at the Big 4. Rafi co-leads the international tax team at the Hoofddorp office. Rafi studied Tax Law at Leiden University and is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers.

In recent years Rafi has been closely involved with many internationally operating companies in the areas of structuring, tax compliance and tax management. Rafi has a broad portfolio of multinational clients, a large proportion of which are headquartered in the US and have significant presence in the Netherlands and the rest of Europe.  He also has a broad sector focus such as logistics, Technology Media Telecom (TMT) and hospitality.

Within RSM, Rafi is closely involved in the US-NL desk and in this role is working to strengthen cooperation with RSM US. In this context, Rafi is on assignment to the United States during 2025.
