Wouter Diederen

Director

Since 2024, Wouter has served as a director in the International Tax Team. Prior to joining RSM, Wouter gained over 10 years of experience in the international tax practice at a law firm in Amsterdam's Zuidas business district, where he gained extensive knowledge of serving international clients, with a focus on corporate tax.

At RSM, he serves numerous international clients and provides them with tax advice on both inbound and outbound issues. His areas of specialization include 
setting up and reorganizing international tax structures, advising in APA/ATR processes and guiding the tax aspects of M&A deals.

Wouter is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB).
