I AM KOMAL JAIN, AN INDIAN NATIONAL FROM NEW DELHI

"I have an experience of nearly 4 years in Audit in India with clients based in USA. I am a certified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi. I am also currently pursuing a first degree Master in Business Administration from Università Degli Studi di Milano Bicocca.

I relocated to Milan, Italy, in February of 2022 and started my international work experience with RSM in November of the same year. My current role in RSM is that of Senior Auditor and I am working in the UK Desk team.

I come from a Country that has a variety of cultures, people, languages, food, and religions. Despite that, initially it was a challenge to start a new life in Italy, particularly due to the language barrier. However, RSM made this step much easier for me and welcomed me with full enthusiasm and joy.  

RSM provided me with a great platform to increase my knowledge in accounting rules, laws, and regulations both applicable in Italy and United Kingdom. RSM is a dynamic firm with a friendly working environment where professional growth is accompanied by fun leisure trips and flexibility to work. Through RSM I have made many new friends and have learnt a lot about Italian culture. The liberty to communicate with the leadership makes me feel more motivated and enthusiastic towards my work. 

Although I am new in RSM and have just started my career with them, I feel fortunate for the opportunity that RSM has given me"
