Martina is Tax Manager at RSM Macedonia, and she has been part of the Accounting and Tax department for more than 6 years. As a Certified Accountant, she is experienced in accounting, tax advisory and financial reporting. Martina is responsible for the planning and implementation of accounting work; she defines the specifics of bookkeeping and controls bookkeeping. Martina actively uses the business programs: SAP, Odoo, Pantheon and Helix. As a Manager, she monitors the preparation and establishment of work procedures and rules, and takes care of the successful implementation of standards, policies and regulations. Martina trains, mentors, coordinates and controls the team and delegates tasks in a clear and concise manner with the aim of ensuring high quality. Martina reviews work and approves documentation prepared by employees at other levels.
