- the new improvements of Oracle NetSuite Advanced Polish Localization Package 2025.2.
Advanced Polish Localization Package (Advanced PLP) provides an extension of a native functionality in Oracle NetSuite. It is a set of designed modules intended to fully support your financial NetSuite system in compliance with the Polish requirements stated in the Polish Accounting Act. We regularly update the PLP module and so we would like to announce a new version of the Oracle NetSuite Advanced Polish Localization Package 2025.2 software. Our release notes provide information on the features and improvements in each release.
FUNCTIONALITIES:
We have introduced an additional mechanism that allows handling large sets of documents when generating JPK_V7M declarations, which require increased resources and longer processing time. This functionality allows you to indicate the number of packages that will be generated as intermediate files and then re-combined into the final declaration.
In the All VAT returns and SAFs module, when generating JPK_V7M declarations, a dedicated parameter has been added: "Split into parts and perform bonding". Selecting it results in the appearance of an additional field "SAF-T parts count", allowing you to indicate the number of parts into which the declaration data should be divided. After entering the value, information about the target number of generated files and the range of dates that will cover individual files will be presented.
This functionality is available as part of the extended service package and requires a separate fee. For detailed information on costs and implementation, please contact our team.
We have introduced additional security measures in the event of exceeding the server response time when sending documents to the KSeF system. Documents that do not receive a response from the KSeF system within the expected time due to a so-called timeout are marked with an additional flag. Using the PLP KSeF button on such a document results in a warning for the user and an additional option "Input manually" being displayed. This allows for manual entry of the document number assigned by the KSeF system.
In the definition of account, we have provided an additional parameter "PLP Tax deductible expense", which allows you to force the KUP or NKUP value for all accounting entries of a given account, regardless of the value indicated in individual transactions.
Indicating the parameter value at the account level will have an effect on the data presented in PLP reports such as: Transaction details and Trial Balance.
The standard dictionary of countries in the NetSuite system contains names in English. We have provided the ability to indicate country translations for the supported language versions – Polish, English and German. The values will be used in the address data of contractors, presented on the PLP printouts of sales documents.

IMPROVEMENTS:
We have expanded the existing automation of the field on the document line "PLP Visible in VAT" in the scope of handling OSS transactions. The new version of the PLP package enables verification whether a given NetSuite environment has the EU One Stop Shop (OSS) functionality activated for the Polish branch and automatically deselects the value "PLP Visible in VAT" for document lines on which a tax code dedicated to OSS transactions has been applied. Such codes are characterised by a filled value in the "Country of Consumption" field.
We have introduced changes to the way information about contractors is presented on PLP printouts of invoices and corrections, preventing blank lines from appearing in the address data. Previously, empty lines appeared in the case of incomplete address data of the contractor.
We have made corrections in some areas of the system to adapt the PLP package to the new Redwood interface. The buttons for selecting options in additional windows used in the Polish Localization Package modules have been changed:
- PLP Bank Payments:
- PLP FIFO valuation:
