Anna Lehmann

Corporate Advisory Partner

Anna is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań where she studied International relations – European studies and law.

With RSM Poland since 2005, first as a specialist providing services to French- and English-speaking clients. In 2007 she was promoted to the position of International Department Director. A year later, she specialised in corporate governance and in 2014, she became a Partner in the Corporate Advisory Department.

Anna is an experienced advisor in the scope of greenfield investments carried out by foreign investors, business advisory as well as administrative and legal proceedings subject to corporate law, such as incorporation, liquidation and transformation of enterprises. Anna is a fluent speaker of English and French.

She devotes most of her free time to raising two little children, which she regards no less challenging than servicing clients and helping improve both leadership and organisational skills. Anna is a fan of travelling, cooking, and reading and is truly passionate about mountain hiking.
