Przemysław POWIERZA

Tax Partner

Przemek graduated from the Viadrina European University in Frankfurt (Oder), Faculty of Economics, specialisation Taxes and tax optimisation. He has been a qualified tax advisor and sworn translator for German since 2009.

On board of RSM Poland since 2005.

In 2007 Przemek became the Head of German Desk, a department dedicated to servicing clients in German. Since 2009, he has been a Partner in the Tax Department and is mainly responsible for advisory projects related to VAT and disputes with tax authorities (including representation before administrative courts).

Przemek lectures training courses scheduled by the Polish Accountants’ Association and has published a series of articles in the field of tax law. Within the scope of his regular activity, Przemek works for the benefit of foreign entrepreneurs, who, in various forms – through representative offices, branches and subsidiaries – provide their investments in Poland.

Przemek is a husband and a father. After hours, he enjoys bicycle trips and playing squash.
