After graduating from graduate school, Ritsuei Yo worked for several tax accounting firms before joining Shiodome Partners Group in 2021. She was able to pass the Japanese Certified Public Tax Accountant examination even with language barriers. She provides consulting and outsourcing services in the field of accounting and taxation to Japanese subsidiaries of Chinese companies. She also engages in inbound related projects for clients from Greater China alongside China Desk members.
